Date Change and Upgrade Policy
In general, our tickets are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. However, if the airline’s policy allows, we may be able to make exceptions. Please contact us to check your specific options.

What happens if my flight is cancelled by the airline?
If your flight is cancelled due to a schedule change, the airline will usually rebook you on an alternative flight. Minor changes may simply adjust your departure time. For major changes, you will be rebooked on the next available flight as per the airline’s policy.
